Ramadhan Nights

“Ramadhan Nights” refers to the nights during the Islamic month of Ramadhan, which is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection, and community. This period is characterized by special nightly religious activities, including the Tarawih prayers, where additional units of prayer are performed after the obligatory evening prayer. The nights of Ramadhan are considered particularly sacred, with the 27th night often associated with Laylat al-Qadr, or the Night of Power, believed to be when the Quran was first revealed. During these nights, Muslims engage in increased worship, recitation of the Quran, and seeking forgiveness and blessings. The atmosphere of “Ramadhan Nights” is typically one of spiritual rejuvenation and communal gathering, as families and friends often break their fast together, partake in evening meals (Iftar), and participate in night prayers at mosques.
